Basement temps

Hello Everyone
We have 2011 Newmar ventana.
My question is how warm does it stay in the basement?
There is a radiator in the water bay behind the panel. This has a oasis system
We want to fill our water tank before leaving for fl.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You
Bob G

How warm it stays in the basement has a lot to do with outside temps and the mass inside the bay. A full water tank would help maintain temperature longer than an empty one. The heat system is there to keep it above freezing. Your actual temps will vary.
I recommend you get a thermometer with remote sensor and take the measurements yourself.

In general some have variable thermostat others snap disc around 45f-ish. It's made to prevent freezing. The lower it gets the tougher that job gets. Not a bad idea to make sure heat and fan works for sure. You have to locate the thermostat to get fan to kick on, if temp too high at the time you may need ice or air spray dusting spray can. My AH unit put off a lot on its own as well more while heating interior.

Thanks guys
Your replies are helpful. I fired up the oasis, and once it was up to temp the fan kicked on. The fan would turn off at 40degrees.
I remembered we had a small weather station with additional sensors and a main unit that tracks each station.
They been in a box since move 4 years ago LOL.
irv2 and the members has helped me more than once. I try to do as maintaining my self if I can.
I have had trouble finding customer service with RV repairs here in central Ohio . May be I expect to much.
Customer service is everything.
Thanks again iRV2 and members.
