RVs are a competitive market. Go look at the MSRP of current models. The price variation there will tell you which one is a higher quality unit. For example, go look at Thor’s site, and you will see their different lines have quite different standard amenities, but be aware that a lot of price difference is under the skin - frame, chassis, transmission, engine.

basic vs luxury.…...just looking can tell you if you like the interior and floorplan real fast.
the 'cheapy types' feel like that.
the more upgraded rvs feel like that. you feel the inside of your rv the moment you see it online or walk into it.
Numbers are usually 'models on extra packages' that change the rv a tiny bit, like a T325 is XYC but a T340 is longer maybe, has an extra grey tank, might have a tiny bit better countertop grade etc.
