A zillion examples could be cited, e.g. the kid who is underage drinking by only 4 days, or drawing social security when you are only a little short of retirement age. Are those reasonable too?

All ya got to do have 40 dollars in hand with the original store reciept. The 40 dollars cash that goes in his pocket will blind him to the 4 days. Cash or cleavage and some flirting.

Kidding, it does not work like that. That is one of the reasons places dont have wiggle room on stuff like this because clerks would be hooking up pals and making beer money bending the rules.
