Best RV Cover Suggestions?

I realize that this thread was discussed here in 2012, but has nothing changed in the last 5 years? Curious what is the consensus these days on RV Covers, and where to get a good bang for the buck. I need to protect my 38' class A while in storage mostly to protect from damage from the sun, but any of the elements as well. Was curious what happened, did you end up buying an Ebay cover, or one from Camping World? The price difference is pretty stark.
In Camping World: For a 38' cover CW is asking from $400 to $600 depending on the "model" (they sell two, I think both are Camco or maybe its the same ADCO brand from the original post in 2012).
On Ebay: The other types (like the one in your picture) are more in the $200-$300 range (depending on the seller on Ebay or the Web - but they all look the same).
Just curious which one you chose, or if anyone has any experience with these covers to justify double and triple the price. Thanks.

We purchased an ADCO off Amazon. Am very happy with it. We had a minor tear at the corner (sharp metal); I called the factory and they suggested that we place rubber pipe insulation on the antenna and any sharp corners. Price is going to be based upon store, weight, size. Having read multiple threads on different forums it seems that the higher price does not relate to higher quality or performance. Search the different forums for some good information.

If you have room for it consider a metal carport, 18x41 ft open sided DIY kits start out around $1,500 and will last much longer than the cloth covers, will protect from hail, rain, etc.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

We've never used an RV cover. Just too much trouble to get on and off. Keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
