I like my EEZ but have no idea if it's the best as I haven't tried them all.

I also have an EEZ. It works well and is less expensive than some of the other options. The main difference I can see is that some of the others have full color, and sometimes larger screens, which, IMHO doesn't make for any practical difference in the effectiveness of the unit. In any case, buy enough sensors for your MH and your toad.
In addition, with the EEZ and, I presume, others, you will have a choice between flow-through and non-flow-through sensors. The flow-through sensors do not need to be removed in order to put air into your tires. On the other hand, they can be prone to clogging and other malfunctions. I went with the non-flow-through sensors.
In any case, it's best to replace your valve stems with solid, extended stems such as the Borg stems. These are not valve extenders which screw on to your existing stems but mount to your rims in place of the originals. If you do use valve extenders, they need to be adequately secured at the outboard end to eliminate any movement.
https://yourtireshopsupply.com/manuf...borg-equipment
The Borg extended valve stems aren't inexpensive and require professional installation. Installation requires removing the wheels and breaking the tire to rim "bead" in order to remove the existing valve stems and install the Borgs. Installation cost can vary so shop around.
If you decide to go with extensions for now, definitely consider the Borgs when you replace your tires at which time the installation cost should be minimal.
Good luck.

There are several top rated TPMS systems; I chose TST 507 because it's reviews rarely mentioned a signal loss. It was a gamble trusting the reviews, but having now used the TST on several trips, I have yet to encounter a signal loss even on the toad's rear tires. Again, TST is not the only brand that has excellent quality and very satisfied customers.

I have the TST 507 and it has performed flawlessly. Have not used any other brand.

TST 507 hands down.
I remember several years ago I had just received my first TST system (sold it with the trailer I had it on) and called their tech support about 11pm on a Friday night, expecting a call back on Monday. About 10 minutes later I got a call back...on a Friday night.
I am now on my third system (the second went with our prior Class C). I did briefly try the RVi system (as I have their RVibrake3), but the design is seriously flawed in that if a cap fails, the air all goes out of the tire. The TST design is more robust, and will even work if the cap comes off (the cap is used to get to the replaceable battery).
No signal issues, although they do include a repeater unit (which I've found I do not need).
And, TST comes with a 3 year warranty.

I also use the TST system and have for many years. I had their 510 system on my semi years ago that worked very well, so got the 507 when I bought the mh.

We purchased the EEZ Tire system last year for our Thor Vegas, which was only 25 feet long. Worked flawlessly. This year, we moved it over to our Bounder, which is 12 feet longer (and a wheelbase of over 5 feet longer). It has been good, but there are dropout issues, usually involving tire #4, which is the inside right rear tire. A simple on and off of the system will force the sensors to reconnect (which it always does for us) but I would definitely recommend getting the repeater which is available, especially if you are using the extra sensors for your toad.
Good luck!

I'm on my second set of TSTs 507 system. I'm unsure if its true today but they were originally made in Atlanta - and they answered their phone (with a sweet southern twang).
In fairness I do have one gripe: my original system was flow thrus and I wasn't happy with them. When ordering my second set they convinced me that they'd been improved - and I went for it.
I'll soon need to be ordering additional sensors but they won't be flow thrus.

I have TST 507 flow thru sensors on a 5th wheeler and a MH. Both setups work very well. Added a repeater on the 5th because of the distance from day 1. Never tried it without the repeater. I'd go with the same setup again.
What is best? I have no idea. IMO the top three TPMS systems probably all get the job done about equally well. The most important thing is to get a setup and use it.

Best is subjective to a degree.
I have the RVI system, there TPM gives real time pressure and temperature. As with other systems you can set alert temps and pressure.
RVI works for me because I have a gasser and did not want to install the air line to toad break system. Can also transfer to any coach gasser or DP. Additionally they have a toad charger monitoring system.

I’m still waiting for a wireless module that can read the OEM sensors in the toad and relay that data to a receiver in the coach.
Since I’m using the RVI brake I use their TPMS and toad charger as well. Everything is on one screen.
