Maybe you have it already but for those that don't, try the "Rest Stops" app. (it's free). It's not perfect but they seem to continually improve their info on rest areas and it now works like "Gas Buddy" where it shows the rest areas closest to your location.

Had a rest stop in southern Mississippi once. Side of the on ramp. I learned to keep a 32 oz cup in the truck. Using anything smaller and my thumb got warm and wet.
