I purchased a new Lincoln MKC and it had a place in the seat. The Dealer had Creative colors come out and repair. The tech/ franchise owner sprayed dye on seat which was the wrong color and over sprayed the entire car which totaled out the car without a scratch. So I’m having to use the dreaded word lawyer time.
