I'm running BFGs on both our jeeps.
KM3's 33" mud terrains on the Wrangler have held up well with over 10k flat towing and 20k overall. They work outstanding in the sand dunes at 8-10 psi. I do rotate them frequently.

K02 33" all terrains on the 51 Willys truck made it almost drive like your not herding goats down the road...

I'll probably install a set of BFG all terrains on the Silverado next year.

Not sure about coach applications, but they do make a decent light truck tire.

Costco and Discount Tire have the best price in our neck of the woods.

Most of my Jeep club members run BFG. Mostly KO2s. Literally thousands of miles off road in some of the most rocky terrain you can imagine. The only flats I can recall are from tires over 5 years old. KO2s are also very quiet on the highway.

I put BFG Commercial T/A tires on our Winnebago Aspect 26A. Four of the six failed between 25,000 and 30,000 miles. All belt separations. And no, we were not overloaded. I scrapped them all and bought 6 Michelin CrossClimate Commercial tires in 2021. So far, so good.
I can't recommend the BFGs, at least for motorhome applications. Might be ok for your pickup.

1970.
1953 Austin Healey 100-4.
I replaced the anchor with a Chevrolet V-8, and that seemed to perk it right up.
.
I replaced the rear axle with a Ford nine-inch, and the front suspension with parts from a donor Corvette.
I replaced the ten-speed tires and wheels with the biggest available.
I fabricated a one-piece hood with massive flares to cover the massive tires.
I fabricated massive rear fenders to cover those massive meats.
.
For racing at Laguna Seca and Sears Point -- plus our SCCA ralleys around the Cal-Expo parking-lot -- it wore gum-balls.
For cruising, it wore BFGs.
.
Other than that, I tend toward commercial Michelin tires.
.
.
An aside:
Although this article is about a '1956', my rig was identical.
The white patches on the doors were for a yuge '3', my national ranking at the time.

I run BFG tires on our Equinox toad and very pleased with them. Smooth and long lasting tread wear.

Thanks to all that replied. I have enough info now to make a decision.
I will probably give BFG's a go and see how they work out. I say " probably " because I may change my mind between now and when I buy them. LOL
I can do that can't I??, change my mind.

BFG mud terrain came on my Jeep and I like them. Have Toyos on my 3500 pickup and happy with them.

For what it’s worth, I run BFG KO2’s on my work and personal trucks, and I’ve never had a problem with them. Not the greatest on ice but they aren’t the worst either.

My first set on my personal truck got around 60k miles on them before changing. Second set was probably closer to 50k HARD miles, and even then I could have made them go longer. My work truck, over 70k of very hard driving on them.

Well, ok then. BFG's it is. I don't want to mess with my chances. Wink

And to the others who replied, thank you. Both positive for BFG's.
