Saw this as I drove down the street. I think this trailer might be a bit big for this motorhome.

It must be human nature for folks to buy a trailer too big for the tow vehicle, or a tow vehicle too small for the trailer.

Ya think?!

Hopefully, it's empty, and they're just moving it from one location to another. We can only hope.

I agree with MM. A dragster/funny car is very light (<2000#) and they use these long trailers. They could be hauling 2 of the kids dragster.

Would you feel better if a 3/4 ton pickup truck was pulling this trailer??.

Go back and talk to the owner.

It was parked in Coral Springs, FL, no one around that I could see. The motorhome has NY tags and the trailer has Maine tags.

The line "I think this trailer might be a bit big for this motorhome", was sarcasm. I'm sure that the trailer empty exceeds any and all weight ratings of the motorhome and hitch.

When in Tuncia, Ms. we saw a 30 ft class A gas powered Motorhone pulling a 30 ft travel trailer. He got there and backed into the space very nicely. I got a friend who pulls his Mustang drag car with a class C with a trailer just about like that.

Yes!! A properly equipped 3/4 ton PU could have a tow capacity of 10-15,000 lbs. The Class C motorhome in the photo probably has a tow capacity of 4-5,000 lbs.

As we all know, what people do is often quite different than what people should do.

If your picture isn't distorted, both MH and trailer are riding/towing level. Have you seen the dragster rigs out West are operating?
