Black tank vent

I installed the Siphon 360 on my roof and all was good for about 3 years. I am now noticing that when I flush the toilet that the water bubbles up a little, telling me that there is pressure in the tank.

The questions I have is do I have to clean the screen on top of the Siphon 360?

Can I remove the vent and stick a hose down there to clean out the vent?

Can I use a pressure? A drain cleaning tool that you hook up to a hose and it expands to seal the pipe?

I have 2 vents on the roof. one above the mid bathroom and one all the way at the back of the RV. I have a bath and a half. I'm assuming that the front one is for the black tank and the rear one is to relieve pressure for the maserator. The grey water has valves on the waste pipes.
