Bouncing steering wheel
I own a 30 foot Thor ACE motor home 2013. When I get to speeds above 60 mph my steering wheel bounces. I have replaced the shocks and had the tires balanced twice. Any other ideas? I have alsoade sure the air pressure is at the recommended level.

You may have football shaped tires.
Balancing them doesn't make them round.
If you can, jack each one up 1" off the ground and set something in front the tread. Then slowly spin the tire and see if the gap changes. Next, put something next to the sidewall and do the same.

Good advise from Twinboat. Also, did you have all of your tires balanced? If not, you may want to. Your rear tires can make a vibration that can be felt in the wheel also

Good post. I've found out-of-round tires on motorcycles this way. It's gotta be the same ... right? 
I've got a 30' ACE as well and ours doesn't have those symptoms. I'd say it almost has to be an odd-shaped tire.

The steering wheel ??? Or the wheels bounce ???
I sure hope it is not the steering wheel bouncing.

Hmmm....
Ya know? That steering wheel is adjustable, and if the catch were defective the steering wheel actually could bounce.

Worn ball joints? Worn tie rod end? Bad wheel bearings?
If it was a solid axle I would say bad king pin.

Tires can have lateral movement, this can cause the wheel to shake. If this is the case the fix is new tires on the front.

WOW, do I have some questions. Is the wheel going up and down (this is a back wheel issue) if the steering wheel moving side to side? This is a front end issue. SHOCKS can be checked by moving corner to corner pressing up and down and looking for car body BOUNCING. While driving at 30-MPH in the correct area SAFE AREA. The foot off petals wheel around a curve LEFT and RIGHT do you feel any sway of the front or rear? pulling into or away from the turn? This can be a low tire, sway bar issue(S).
While driving straight, do you feel the wheel pulling to the right or left? This is a tire balancing issue or bad tire, meaning out of round.
NOW for major problems. Have a friend follow behind you. The friend should look down both sides of your vehicle. Is the vehicle following correcting or offset one side NOT lining up correctly with front to back? This can be a frame to body problem. (This happens a lot when a kid adds a left kit to a truck and did not do the math correctly in lining up both. bad accident vehicle frame not repaired correctly. When you stop fast is there a bump?
Now with one foot on the brake and a foot on GAS and in the drive gear. Now the vehicle should not move when in the drive gear. Press on GAS quickly sharply and let off GAS quickly sharply is there a BUMP feeling or sound? This is a possible broken motor mount.
PLEASE DO all you TESTING is a SAFE OPEN AREA away from anyone or thing. Having a friend as an extra EYE spotter can be helpful. That covers most issues. YES there are more. Good LUCK BE SAFE.

Go to a commercial tire center like goodyear commercial. Have them balanced on their Hunter balance machine the one that costs $30,000. I had the same problem and took my new tires everywhere until I did the above. Good luck!
