Bowing (not sagging) slideout cover

I have a 2014 thor ACE 27.1 with the big slideout. 16 feet or 18 feet. I have searched and have not seen an answer that fits. When look at the slide, the cover is bowing in the middle from front to back as you look at it. It is a Carefree. When I run the slideout in or out, I hear a thump thump as the middle must be hitting the side if the slide. I am pretty handy but cannot tell if there is anyway to fix. I did have water pooling which may have caused it during one big storm that I was not around to bring the slide in. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Dont know which model slide Kovers you have, but I recently replaced the fabric on one of my short bedroom toppers, and even it had a roller support in the middle. You had to force the roller into it after re-installing the roller.
Sounds like mabe yours has come out.
Hope this helps.
