Bragging on a forum member: Diplomat Don
I just want to brag on Don a bit. He lives in CA and I live in DE and we have never met; but he offered to drive to a dealer local to him and check out an RV I am purchasing. He took time out of his day off and drove there, spoke with the dealer, and inspected the unit for me. I thought that was pretty cool of him to do that for me and ask nothing in return!
So, a public and emphatic THANK YOU to Diplomat Don on here!
Kyle

Yes, I did! Of course, I had driven out before and inspected it myself also. But, that was 6 weeks ago. I just needed a final inspection done and Don hooked me up.

Perhaps a preferred libation seems appropriate?

I agree, I think Don is a nice guy. In Quartzsite, he handed out notched oak window props to the Monaco group he visited. These allow us to prop open the vertical widows in varying amounts, instead of being open all the way or closed. A very nice gesture.

Hey Don, can you put that window stop picture on the site for me to copy? I would appreciate it.

I would also like to brag about Diplomat Don.
I have met Don and he is as helpful in person as he is on the forum ...well almost (he still hasn't come up to help SacsTC finish my RV "Honey -Do" list )
Diplomat Don has been known to go out at night in his skivvies to take photos to help other members out. ( I am not sure where he learned this trick! )
He will help many folks without asking for much in return...I think all he ever asks is for you to "pay it forward". .. so I just want to say -
 Hip Hip Hooray, Diplomat Don!!!

Monaco Mama, thanks for the picture, now all I need is the measurements of the different increments and the length of the piece of wood. If it is on the web site, I can find it. I appreciate your help.
I will also add that Diplomat Don is great as he helped me several months ago with a piece of hose to replace on the sanicon system. No stick now.
