Bummed out.

I have been getting the coach ready for our annual trip south (AZ), and now we cannot go.

We were across the border In Washington State and I took a ride in an ambulance to the ER. They thought I was having a heart attack and after several tests and scans they deemed my heart to be in excellent shape.
My Doc thinks it is my gal bladder so I go to see a Surgeon soon.

My travel insurance will not cover me until it is all straight again. I just hope they cover the bill at the ER.

So here I sit feeling sorry for myself, but hey Stuff happens!

Get well soon. When the gal bladder acts up, it can feel like a heart attack. Luckily, it's an easy surgery with very little recovery time.

Hope you have a fast recovery and are back on the road to AZ soon. It will still be there when you are ready...

You should still be able to go but will not be covered by insurance should you have another gall bladder attack. Since it will likely be gone what are the chances of a repeat?

I just heard that they are expecting a month long blizzard covering all of Arizona❄️⛄️. Ok, maybe not but was hoping it would make you feel a little better. Listen to the doctors and get well soon! God Bless and Merry Christmas.

Aww Dennis... HOpe you get it fixed up soon and can get back on the road... Maybe the snow covering the roads will hold off until after you get past them!

I had been having chest pains off/on for months, several trips to the DR and ER with no firm diagnosis. When I had my Gall Bladder attack they were sure I was having a Heart Attack and went to the ER via ambulance. Once they diagnosed me correctly and I had the Gall Bladder removed all my chest pains disappeared. Turns out it was filled with pallups that didn't show up in ultra sounds. The surgery is a breeze and you will be on your feet in a few days. I was only out of commission for about a week. Hopefully you will get back on your travels soon. Good Luck and get well.

Don't give up.....you can just take your trip a little later. Gall bladder surgery is a fast recovery and perhaps you might not even need it.
