Buyer Beware

I'm new to Rving. I bought a 1993 Jamboree Searcher a couple of months ago. When I first looked at it, the seller told me the house battery was dead. Long story a bit shorter, I discovered that the converter was bad. I looked for a replacement online and found, what I thought, was the right unit to replace my faulty one and upgrade it. As soon as I opened the box I knew it was not right. The company I bought it from, AdventureRV.net, has VERY limited return policies and they will not take it back even though I have never plugged it in or had it near electricity. Anyone want a Power Dynamics 9200 cheap?

My point here is when ordering online, read the TOS VERY carefully! Needless to say, I am very unhappy and would not buy from AdventureRV.net again! I guess I learned a powerful lesson. I just wish it would not have cost me $200!

With that 9200 # I assume you mean PROGRESSIVE Dynamics? That is a top quality brand--what is wrong that you can't use it?
Put it for sale in the classified on this forum--someone who knows converters will want it.

Yes, progressive dynamics. It it a plug in model. My 1993 MH is not wired that way. I'm sure it could be reworded, but that is beyond me! I planned on posting it in the classifieds. Thanks!

How is your MH wired? Is it possible to add an electrical socket? I upgraded to a progressive dynamics 9260 converter, it does its job well.

If it's the Progressive Dyn. model PD 9260 C, I'm interested. Just pm me.
Thanks.
