I, also, can NEVER seem to get out of WM under $100. Do they pump subliminal messages out of the PA????

Last week I went in for ONE thing and ended up with a cart load! Of course I found some rag rugs, for the TT, on clearance for $2.50, a bundle of dish clothes, for the TT, for $2.50 and a Coleman table on clearance for $35 (Coleman - Pack-Away Kitchen -=). I was using my dog cart to grill on and this will be awful nice to have Not to mention depriving the fur- kids of all the drippings in their crates........... (just kidding!)

Perhaps we need to have a WalMart rally just to see who would come? Maybe those so vocal on how to do it (or what not to do) could also come and instruct those of us who have never stayed there but don't object to people overniting there.

You live in a beautiful area! The St.Helen's show site is my very favorite- hands down! If it wouldn't be such an ugly commute, to work, I'd live out there in a skinny minute!!

I think I'll pass this time around !!! smile
Now that's being chicken, I'd never pass on a Wal Mart thread

Quote:
we wanted to get away camping this weekend it will be our first outing this year. we got started late whats new, so we are stopped for the night at Wal mart and are using Mcdonalds wifi .
I'd have thought by now the campground groupies would have bitten on that one but so far not one bite.
Quote:
OK we will go to a camp ground tomorrow, we just couldn't get past this walmart without stopping for the night
Now that line might have turned them off

It's probably time again for the WM Camper's anthem
Wish I'd have seen this thread sooner, but I'll go get my popcorn maybe it'll warm up by then

Cheers
Willey

Hmmm. No posts on this thread for a couple of days. Time to pour some gasoline on the campfire. From People of Walmart:

Wal*Mart sure does get a lot of free advertisement from the RV world. I just watched someone the other night come out with several bags heading to his RV. Wal*Mart loves RV'ers.

We tried to get one together in Albany, NY on another board (even got permission in advance from the store..and agreed everyone would give money towards Walmarts pet charity at the time). It's a perfect Super Walmart spot, with a two story Walmart (with a cart escalator) and several other stores (Crossgates Commons). We had a dozen say they would come, but they all chickened out.
