Camping at Walmart
we wanted to get away camping this weekend it will be our first outing this year. we got started late whats new, so we are stopped for the night at Wal mart and are using Mcdonalds wifi . OK we will go to a camp ground tomorrow, we just couldn't get past this walmart without stopping for the night it is about 65 miles from home. So now we have stocked up with everything we need to get started for the season . I have the generator going popcorn in the microwave ready for comments .

Perhaps the most expensive dry over-nighting available. Never did stop at one without spending at least $50, most times it's >$100.
Now, where is the popcorn?

Amen, and you can observe some strange goings-on at some of them around our area - not to mention the strange people!

We love "camping" at Wal-Mart. We usually arrive just at sundown and find an out of the way spot. A few push of the buttons and I am leveled, the slides are out, genny started and the satellite is giving me my favorite TV shows. The wife runs in to do a little restocking and I get dinner ready. After a good nights sleep and a leisurely breakfast we are on the road for the next leg of the trip. For over night stays I would not have it any other way. It's not about the money it's the convenience to stop and stay with the minimum of hassles. And you are right the wild life found there is beyond compare.

I have done a couple of wall mart evenings... Handy when you need 'em and yes, when we stop at the Wally-World we fillup the larder. Handy that way.
What's worse is just now my Towed is.. Well, towable but not drivable (ENgine failure) so my sked goes like this
2 wheels where I am at, borrowing a friend's Toyota Tacoma when I need to get to town.. Drive the Motor home to church and wall mart, Stock up, overnight, 5 nights in another park, wall mart, stock up and overnight, church, and back here for 2 weeks.
Hopefully the mechanic will call and tell me to tow in the towed one of these days soon cause I only have 3 more weeks in this park if that
