Camping World and Good Sam - Marcus Lemonis
Does anyone have a personal e-mail address for the CEO of Camping World/ Good Sam, Marcus Lemonis? I sent him an e-mail last Friday about issues with one of his service locations just as he says in his ads and on posters in his stores using the published e- mail address....No reply yet..... My coach is stuck in his store because a Tech quit while the warranty repairs were in process. Was supposed to be done last Friday. No idea if it will be done this week. The store's service department is understaffed and does not answer phones. Calls get referred to the Camping World call center in Kentucky.

He is good about referring emails to his various groups. It's only been two working days now.

You might also consider posting this on Rv.net. There is a section there dedicated to these type issues. It is regularly monitored by Lemonis and his staff.

CW/Good Sam has their own forum. generally Moderators step in quickly with these type problems. They will refer your problem to the correct dept.

The descriptor "trained" can frequently be misused. Particularly in the case of CW.

Mr Lemonis stepped in and got one guy a new TT after CW cut part of the cross member out when they installed a second AC unit.

Yes I read that somewhere else..............That's what you call "Customer Service".

If anyone wants to see the thread on what happened with our coach and Camping World of Golden Co, I would encourage you to check the thread on RV. Net. Ask Marcus in the service section.

Still no response
So here is the latest on my issue with Camping World of Golden CO. Our coach ended up staying two weeks for what should have been a two day repair visit for warranty items that were related to the PDI. A tech quit so the delays became my problem.
On Saturday we went to pick up the unit and found that it was unlocked on their lot. The Service Manager insisted that it was just moved and they were going to relock it. (We have had a past history with our prior coach being left unlocked). This is where it got really bad. We entered the unit and found a DVD - (not ours) on the counter. The floor was very dirty. The sink had fresh coffee poured in it. The toilet had been used and not flushed. The bed looked like someone had been in it. All the service manager could do was mutter "this can't happen"....
When we brought the unit in, it was spottless. We had just washed, waxed and cleaned the interior from our first trip. The unit is less than 6 weeks old.
Our privacy has been violated. No one from the dealership or Camping World has responded. I have posted on RV.Net, sent Marcus emails and called the dealership.
They just don't care.
