Good info, Robin. We mulled that LLC thing over when we upgraded to DP last summer. If we were fulltiming, it wouldn't bother me too much -- but we aren't. Finance guy said most banks don't want to loan $$$ for RV's at the better rates. Only one or two banks and at 1/2% - 1% more interest rates.
Don't care to test the IRS waters!
