Can I dump into this?

Pic attached. Not sure what this is but it’s close to where I know I’m supposed to empty tanks at

I solved my dumping problem before I solved the picture problem. But for those of you anxiously awaiting, Ive added the pic.

Ah I see it now. If you can get the lid off and its connected to a sewer should be fine. I used the sewer clean out at home while waiting for the plumber to install my official dump.

If this is a campground, any pipe over 4" is most likely a shut off valve for water, perhaps springklers. A sewer pipe would be no more than 4" If this is your residence, who knows what it may be. Just look down with a flashlight and make sure it's a sewer pipe and not something else.
