Can you identify these?
I recently gave my RV a good cleaning and found these two identical items. I have no idea what they are or where I got them, but I found them in a storage compartment. Can anyone tell me what they are?

I'm sure someone here knows what these things are.

I am really not sure, but they look like some kind of tow hooks/pickup points. Is there any place on the frame that they would key into?

Looks they may be bronze. If so, I think they came off a boat. Maybe chain guides.

I don't think they are bronze. They seem to be powder coated steel. They definitely have a tow hook/tie down kind of feel to them, but I can't seem to think of anywhere or anything they would attach to.

Looks like they would fit the tie down holes on a car hauler trailer so you could attach straps.

If you have a gooseneck trailer these fit into the factory hitch in the pickup bed and are used for the safety chains.

Hmm, that sounds likely. I don't have a gooseneck trailer, but the truck does have the factory gooseneck and 5th wheel prep package. It's got those round holes in the bed. Pucks is what people call them IIRC. I guess I transferred them from the truck to the trailer at some point and forgot. Thanks.

I’m putting in and out a set of those all the time in my Ram truck with the factory puck mounts since I use a Gooseneck. Drop the ball in the center hole and the two chain attach points which is what those are used for in the aft holes. Very quick and convenient.
