Welcome.
We just replaced our couch with two recliners. The love seat option turned out to be a bit restrictive for us. The recliners can slide around for better tv viewing or visiting with friends. They are kept in place while traveling with the seat belts.

YC1,
If possible could you provide specifics on what you put in your rig? You have the same as we do and I'm looking to replace the couch and/or love seat with something else.... Thank you, Brian.
(Pictures too if possible)

Two Lazy Boy rocker recliners. I will snap a picture or two.
The love seat has had variations of recliners and love seats. It does not have any seating at the present. We installed a small Bosh dish washer next to the sink. I installed a temporary cheap counter top over it that spans the whole distance. With 5 feet more of counter space cooking is much more fun again. The space below the counter holds a PC that is plumbed into the television for a monitor. There is plenty of space to hold things like a garbage can while traveling and some of the larger cooking appliances.
When the Dometic Refer gives out it will be replaced by a residential. The ice maker has given me fits and with some modificaions I just pour bagged ice and use it as a dispenser. I replaced the water valves and the ice maker multiple times. It was nothing but trouble.

I replaced our uncomfortable 72" couch with 2 Lambright, wall hugging, swivel recliners.
They are only 27" wide and 2 fit with enough room between to swivel towards the over the front TV. They are 90% as comfortable as our overstuffed house recliners.
One of the best upgrades we have done.

We basically measured the are we wanted to put a recliner in and then went to a furniture discount store and saved big time. Dual recliners, leather for under $500 Cdn. You just have to be patient

We did that in our '02 DSDP. Took out the true Hide A Bed and put two La Z Boy recliners in it's place.
In the present rig we took out the Stressless chair and ottoman and put a La Z Boy in it's place. The Stressless just wasn't comfortable for either one of us and the La Z Boy became the late DW's chair!
