Charging Batteries While In Storage

From an owner so new, we don't even have possession of the motorhome yet.

While parked at home or in a storage facility, is there any way to charge the 6 batteries in our Thor Palazzo from a 110v wall outlet?

Fingers crossed.

Yes, plug it up. The kicker is that you won't be able to do much more and if the outlet you are using is a GFCI, it may not want to play nice. If you are able, installing a 30A outlet would be great for getting you more functionality, but a 50A would be great and not that much more cost.

plug it in

harvnlois...congrads on your new ride and do just that drive safe and ENJOY the ride. Now about your question, like me being so new to the MH thing with a zillion questions! Well thanks to this site and a few others I started to understand the entire and for sure it is a learning process.
Your question was about charging the batteries at home and plugging into a home outlet, as The Powells stated is correct but depending on what you plug into ( power source) you will need what is called a dog bone if you want to get the most
out of your home hook up. That all depends on what you want to do. I have a 30 amp Thor Axis and wanted to hook up to my home outside outlet which is a 20 amp service so I purchased a 20A to a 30 A dog bone and everything works fine. The batteries are always charged. I can use the radio and the TV and most everything but depending on what I use I might pop a fuse if I use to many things so I go little by little or add up things I can use together with out piping a fuse or breaker.
I am having a full 30 amp service put in sometime this week if the rain stops. When it's done I'll have all the power to use what I need while at home using our 30 A service.
You have a 50 Amp unit so if you are going to hook up to your home why not go for the 50 amp service and enjoy the unit to the max while docked at home. Sure, it will cost a few extra bucks now and enjoy the entire coach while at home? Whatever you decide use your head and take what is most important first and the rest will come as you go along.
Lastly whatever you decide it will be fun and enjoyable for the most part. Having a 50A unit and as you travel there might come a time when you end up someplace that has no 50 A service hook up's or only can handle a 30 Amp or less service so it might be worth picking up a 20 amp or a 30 Amp doggone to help you out. While you are at it beside to get a surge protector and use it even at home when hooked up. Being that you will no longer be the king of the castle but the new slave to your MH good luck and enjoy!

The adapter to plug the RV into a 120v wall outlet is simple enough and readily available, e.g. the Walmart RV aisle, Amazon, RV parts stores, etc. The common on has a 30A female receptacle on one side and a 15A plug on the other. If you have a 50A RV, you also need a 50A female-to-30A male adapter, but you need one of those anyway. That gives enough power to run the battery charge system, though not much else.

I prefer the dogbone type (two ends and a short cord), but there are also the single module type.

It works pretty well at home but rather "iffy" for a storage facility, for several reasons:
1. The facility may not have outlets or allow you to plug to them
2. Other RV owners may be using them as well and can trip breakers while you are unaware.
3. Someone will accidentally or intentionally disconnect your plug.
