Yes it is. I was reading about it in RV Travel.

When we were shopping and seeing what the new ones were built like I decided to buy used. Getting ahold of a good used one seemed to be far less risky.

The real horror story is buying something new and then returning it for repairs that take months to never get completed. Yet, they throw these things together from scratch in just a few hours.

No problems with our 2004 MADP. Older, proven, well made coaches have a margin of reliability I trust. YMMV.
