Steve,
In the future, if you have a phone app or a GPS, you can give them the latitude and longitude of your location. Coach.Net usually calls the closest company to your location that has agreed to support their calls. If they get no response they call the next closest company and so on. It's not Coach.Net's fault if a company refuses a call and that can happen to any company.

We were given a "free" year of Coach-net by Forest River (Mfg of our Wildwood 26bhxl). Never needed any of the services, but, then again, we did not get the book and cards until we had had the rig for nine (yes NINE) months.

Just used coach net for the first time. It is included with our MH insurance package. The service was great. The located a repair shop (Cat) that could tackle our repairs and the tow trucks arrived in short order. 2 people needed to flag traffic as they hooked up and to assist in negotiating turns to the repair shop. Very professional and knowledgeable. Sure glad I didn't have to write the check for that one though. Was later told that the tow company had a reputation for hi balling the charges.
