Coach-net price discrepancy
Got my renewal notice with a Premier coach 1 year plan price of 169. Went online to renew and the plan is 249 online. Anyone else experience this discrepancy. If this is true I will mail the coupon in with the 169 payment and assume they have to honor it.

I believe the price listed on the site is for new memberships. I think I ran into the same thing when I renewed. Renewal is $169.

I just double checked and the renewal screen with my account info show 249 and 797 for a 3 year. Must have raised price after sending out renewal notice. Coupon it is.

I just checked my Coachnet and it says $169 for a 1 year renewal

3 years ago $69, 2 years ago 79, just paid 99 few months ago, now 169? Looks like all just put towing on my insurance premium for just a few bucks.

My toad has its own insurance, when I called Coachnet, they quoted $99 renewal for coach only.

Is this apples and oranges?
Is the Premier Coach Plan more extensive than the standard plan?
FWIW, I'd rather pay 2X and get the coverage and response when it is needed than pay 1/2X and get a run around with no service when the roadside event happens.

That’s almost a 70% increase from my last 3 year renewal. Hard to swallow but I’m still money ahead at the higher price.
They have always been excellent.

My frustration with the renewal process was that when I opened the renewal page, there was a $10 discount offered for an early renewal. For me, that offer expired on 1/11/21. Seeing no way to receive the $10 discount, I sent a message to Coach Net via their web contact us feature asking for clarification. After no response for two days, I just went ahead with the online $169 renewal.
Not a big deal. Still, it's disappointing that there was an offer and no way to capture the discount.

To get the $99 coach only deal, you must call them at renewal time and ask for it.

That might be what you paid but that wasn't coach net. Seven years always been $169 a year.

I have renewed my coach only insurance for the last 3 years for $99 a year, and yes it was Coach-Net. It is not on their site, you must call and ask for it in person. My towd has it's own towing policy so do not need the $169 plan.

I believe you need to make sure you're logged in to see the $169 rate. I renew for three years at a time for $489 which works out to $163 per year.
Also CoachNet will tow you to the nearest qualified repair facility. That was not the case with either my current or previous insurance company's towing program.
