The statement was that the Camping World in Richmond, Indiana could not be found.

Not quite. The website for CW-Richmond is easily found, but it says nothing about a C2C guarantee.

I understand pinpointing the location, I appreciate the scenario of how times we're different and such. I very much appreciate nostalgia. I simply wanted to know if anyone knows of this program called C2C or Continue 2 Camp or if anyone is dealing with this particular location at the present time and can verify the location or program. I thank you very much!

This is true and the chat mentioned, they know nothing of the program. I'm trying to see if this may be false advertising. When we bought the unit, they said if anything happened, they'd give us a loaner or make sure ours was fixed within 5 days, which neither was offered. Like I stated, they had it for 4 months! I just want to know what this stupid sign says. I didn't get a clear enough picture and it's 1 1/2 hours away to drive there.

I'm slightly confused, which happens quite often! You bought your unit from this dealer and received the above "promise." Then you brought your unit in for a repair and the "promise" was never mentioned. Did you ask about it any time during the four months they had your unit? Did it slip your mind until you returned to pick up your unit and noticed this sign?

I don't see why you can't call the number on the sign for info and simply don't identify yourself if you're worried about a runaround.

I'm also looking forward to anyone with knowledge of this type of program posting some info here.
