Our current setup, "06 Jayco Jayflight 31BHDS towed by '04 bullet proofed 6.0 F350 dually (1 trip away from 200K). We also have a jeep that one of us can drive on trips. All are in good condition & it works well for our needs.
My wife wants to get rid of the jeep and get a 4 seat razor (needs a min' 11' garage) & I wouldn't mind upgrading to a newer end game truck & trailer. ClassA or SuperC are out due to a UTV being a poor TOAD for many reasons. I don't wish to Dbl tow (also illegal in some states) so obvious choice is a 5th wheel toy hauler. We're not fond of the living area arrangements in just about every toy hauler we've seen but there's a cpl we could live with. Here's the conundrum. Any toy hauler that gives us a decent living space near a standard 5th wheel is going to be 40-45' at a GVWR of 16K+ lbs. Current truck is rated at 13,500# hitch (not sure about 5th wheel) but still well short of a loaded set up. Our current trailer is 34' bumper to hitch for a total length of 55' truck & trailer and is close to as long as I would want. If we're not dry camping we're at state/nat' camp grounds with only about 10% spent at private full service where length is less of a concern. Anyone have a suggestion I haven't thought of?

Sorry, your right, I didn't make my question clear. I was on a rant.
First, anyone know of a toy hauler under 40ft with a 11'-13' garage that also has a more traditional living area (nice kitchen, dinette & couch or love seat)?
I have a few friends that have the Grand design Momentum 397TH , I love it - but - it's a monster & would not fit in many of the state/gov' parks we so enjoy.

See post 2 - You may have to comprimise on the dinette.
