There probably isn't an extra 15A available anyway. Typically the 15A outlet is just a branch off the 30A outlet and the wiring to the pedestal is 10 gauge (30A max). Depending on whether the 15A branch was done before or after the 30A breaker, the 30A breaker may trip as soon as the total load on both outlets exceeds 30A anyway.
