Over 8 year period our covered storage with electricity (120v) has gone from $95 a month to $115 a month. Not bad, but yes no one likes the increase.

The storage lot I use, and all the storage lots within a 15 mile radius are filled up with waiting lists. Well, at least the reasonably priced ones are. Imagine that! So even if we are gone for 3 or 4 months I continue to pay so when I return I have a place to park it.

Our storage lot has night time security guard, very good cameras, coded access gate, and 120v electricity.

It would be so nice to have a place on the property to park it, but alas that is not going to happen.

My storage rent is $50 a month since I pay for 6 mos. at a time. Gravel lot, 8 ft. fence, 24 hr. key pad entry one mile from home. Other storage facilities in the area can be had for $35 a month, but are much further from the S&B. Since we use our MH every weekend the fuel savings alone make up for the higher storage fee.
