Jimmyzw22...It looks like no one here has had any dealings with them either. Did you decide to buy from them - and if so.. how was it?

Couches
We did buy two couches from them. They had a few complaints on the net but good prices and decent craftsmanship so we took a chance. I will let you know when we get them. Their ebay rating was pretty good.

I have posted on this site before re: DiscountVanTruck.
The final product generally isn't too bad, although not always as represented. I would have to say that the service is terrible, and delivery of product is worse.
I know that other companies charge more, but I think the next time we are thinking of replacing RV furniture, we'll either reupholster, or use one of the more expensive companies.

Oh, I forgot. You mentioned that you want to buy a couple of couches from them. When we finally got our furniture, one of our biggest disappointments was that the couch we bought was not assembled correctly. It turns out that if you order the slide out lower drawer, they don't know how to put that together, and the seat falls down in front of the drawer and gets stuck. The only solution is to take the drawer all apart, reassemble properly. We haven't done that yet, but will do so as soon as things warm up here.
The materials appear to be O.K. The assembly work definitely is not. They do not deliver as promised. They do not do what they say they will regarding shipping, delivery, etc. when you make your deal with them.

Thanks
Now I am really scared.

We began talking with Linda last summer, and placed our order with arrangements made for delivery to our U.S. destination in October. Everything went wrong and the product was not delivered as promised. It was a very frustrating situation, which we eventually got solved, but they were not in any way helpful. Once we finally had the product, it was good, but not exactly as we expected. However, the furniture is in our coach, being used, looks fine and life goes on.
I believe the materials used in this furniture are good. Their assembly work on ours was substandard. When our product wasn't shipped as promised, it seemed like our phone calls fell on deaf ears. We would talk to them on the phone. The next day, we'd phone again, and they had no recollection of having talked to us. This went on day after day. Finally we told them that we would call our credit card co. and have the transaction reversed. Then they told us our furniture was at a truck loading dock and we could make arrangements to drive and pick it up there. Goodbye.
Looking back, I think they lost our order, then did a last minute scramble to put the stuff together and get it out the door, and didn't want to admit it to us.
So, I hope your experience with them is much better. I would like to think that this type of business behavior is the exception and not the rule. I decided to use someone else next time.

JimKate, I am considering buying 2 pilot and co-pilot chairs from them and am now worried as well. Are you 'happy' with your purchase? Who are the other sellers you mentioned?

When we were looking for furniture, we had checked a little into Bradd & Hall, Villa, local RV companies. The price attracted us, the product looked good on the website.
Was the deal entirely what we hoped for? NO! However, we did receive our product. It's not as if they tried to take our money and totally ignore us. We still have to make some adjustments on our sofa.
On the plus side, the quality of the furniture seems to be very good. To be very positive, we sat in the captain's chairs for about 2500 miles, and found them to be very comfortable. They do look like good expensive chairs, and are quite pretty.
Would we buy from them again? Possibly. It's hard to beat their prices. Although, looking back, in our situation, we probably should have gone for re-upholstering what we had.
Again, I can only say that I doubt any company survives by providing the kind of service that we received. I'd like to think that our experience was the exception, not the rule.

Jim,
Thanks for the update and I think I will go the Flexsteel route. The discounter would save me about $1,100 but I don't want to go thru the hassle(s) of trying to resolve issues from afar. Life is too short for that.

We've made several purchases from them without a problem. The last was a custom length couch that we love. They saved us a bundle.

Ok so we got out couches and installed them. The quality is good and they fit perfect. We really like them, but dealing with the company was a bit difficult at times, however they did deliver. Customer service is not at the top of most companies priorities these days for some reason. If anyone asks me about this company I will say they do good work, but you need to stay on top of them at all times. Find one contact and accept no other.

I'm glad it worked out for you.
I feel that you said it best. The product is really pretty good, but you have to stay on top of them to get your order.
