Country Coach - Finding part numbers when they don't exist...

My 2004 Magna is at Empire right now getting serviced.
They found a few things that need to be fixed but cannot locate the parts or even part numbers.

-Rear passenger leveling valve needs replaced
-Front Drive differential oil lead on input seal
-Steering ball joints have torn and missing boots
-Torsion bar isolation bushings are falling apart & coming out

The problem is that they cannot find any of these parts from CC/Win.
Any suggestions on where to go to get the parts, or at least the info we need to get this stuff fixed?

What chassis it is mounted on will be the most help at finding the parts you need. NAPA, Rockauto are just some of the few I use. Some of those have part numbers on them that can be cross referenced for up to date parts. Of course some disassembly will be required. Also, those boots can be measured and the parts can be ordered by the sizes.

Winebagel doesn't care about working on a CC. I suggest you try https://kaiserbrakealignment.com/. They are knowledgeable when it comes to the DynoMax chassis.

If a shop can't find a leveling valve, I'd go somewhere else. Those are available in any heavy duty truck shop

Why should they even look ??
NAPA and any big truck store hase those parts.
The chassis has nothing to do with the house built on the chassis

If the mechanics don't know anything about these parts and where to source them ?
I would not let them touch my vehicle.

The leveling valve is a vital part of every vehicle that has air suspension .

Take your rv to a truck repair mechanic.
Most any independent truck service guy can reevaluate and fix what you need correctly.

Find a shop that also works on busses.

First, try posting in the CC Owners forum further down the page.

When you say leveling valve, do you mean the ride height valve or one of the HWH valves that are used to level when parked or one of their valve used to supply air to the air bags while traveling?

On difficult to locate parts you can try Kevin Waite 541-953-6162. He's a past CC employee and has a service business in Oregon but helps lots of us out with parts sourcing.

If that's all they found on a 15 year old coach you are doing great!

For HWH air leveling parts contact Paul at AZPETE on the Irv2 forum. He works for HWH and can answer your questions. His email ispfmaddox@att.net and his phone number is 602-549-3638. He is a Commercial Member and has posted that his phone is always on, and if not answered, leave a message.

Most of the rest of your parts are available from any heavy truck/bus parts store including NAPA.

I think something got lost in translation for this part: Front Drive differential oil lead on input seal.
You have a rear differential (not front) that faces the rear engine/trans. Do they mean the pinion seal is leaking? If so, again it's available from a heavy truck/bus parts store.

Just a suggestion. There are some very good repair shops in the Phoenix/Mesa area. I would ask for suggestions from other IRV2 members in the area.
