Crosss Country repairs

Hello this is my first post so if I am not doing it correctly just let me know. I own a 2006 cross country se 376ds that just turned 15000 miles. Last week I had the red stop engine light come on along with a constant alarm. I called freightliner and naturally told to get to freightliner so they could plug into it and see what the problem might be. The problem ecm board failure so a new board put in and now we have a check engine light coming on and off more noticeable when using exhaust brake or backing off the pedal back so back to freightliner and both codes and extensive testing they feel the problem is the actuator and on this 5.9 Cummins the turbo and actuator are all one part. The coach seams to run perfect .I have seen on some of past post with some members haveing similar problems and also if any members owning a cross country have had to make engine repairs through the bedroom as yesterday when we were cleaning out the bedroom and under bed for them to make this repairs both the freightliner and myself are confused as to access the engine. I plan on make some calls tomorrow but if you have any suggestions please pass them on. Thanks
