Last on my list usually, as well. But they claimed they could get it to me the next day...and you know the rest. Amazon's been slower than usual because they're prioritizing orders. Once things ship the transit time appears normal for our Amazon orders, but YMMV...

After customer service told me today they had to wait for the vendor it get it back and hear from them before issuing a refund (!), which could take several days, I called Marcus Lemonis' "office" at 866 232 8790. This appears to be a different customer service department. I explained the situation, and noted that they could use the tracking number to verify that I didn't have it. They committed to issue the credit today and send confirmation.

The only way any seller can guarantee "next day" delivery is if they own the shipping company.
Next day depends upon when the order is received, as usually all shipments leave the seller at the same time every working day.

Their "Next Day Delivery" actually means, "The Next Day we get around to it".

Yes, seemed a bit crazy for the OP to refuse delivery and then start a new order from Amazon. It was already paid for, he had it in hand, and chances are he'd already have it installed by now. But with the new order, he now had to wait even longer and then on top of that, fight with CW to get a credit.

So...again...
I had a window of time before it rained. CW promised delivery within that window, and didn't meet that commitment. As a result, I had to reseal the original skylight.
I saved quite a bit of money by canceling the CW order and reordering from Amazon. When the part arrives I can wait for the next good forecast and install it.
I don't know what makes this seem so strange to you two. You both seem to think I should pay more to keep the original one after CW broke their commitment (and reward them for doing so!) so it's on hand...why? What's the rush?

I somehow missed the part that you saved quite a bit of money cancelling and then going with Amazon. Good deal!
