Deleting a post
To the moderators or anyone, is there a way to delete a post if you hit submit a second time and you submit something twice?

If right away while the edit box is still open, go into 'Edit', then at the bottom you click 'Delete'. Then you click 'Delete Message' to the left under the options tab, and then 'Delete This Message' at the right.
I hit the submit message twice many times also. Or at least a pop up says I do although I dont believe I did.

I’ll have to try this. It happens every now and then because my phone is slow or either I’m not thinking. Thx.

I just tried deleting my post above this one and can't get rid of it. Selected 'delete' several times.

OK got it deleted.
First select delete.
Then it asks you if you want to delete with a red check mark next to delete this message.
Select delete this message and it works.

You have the same amount of time to delete as you do to edit a post. When time's up... sorry. Anyone know how much time you really have?

I'm planning on 10 more years. But not really sure.

US1 is correct in what he outlined how to delete what we call a FF (Fat Finger) dupe. It happens to all of us sometimes when the system is slow or our submits are too fast. The edit/delete window is one hour and if it's past that, just use the red triangle Report Post icon and ask a moderator to delete it for you. We're more than happy to help.
