I've used both non sag and self leveling on my Filon (fiberglass) roof and it works well. Most recently when I installed solar panels. I used it as a glue under the tilt brackets and around the screw heads. Also used dollops of it to secure the wires to the panels to the rooftop. It sticks quite well to the fiberglass roof.

Yes, it will work fine on fiberglass but for a roof you may have better luck with 501 self leveling. The 551 does not level and is thicker, so harder to apply and look decent.
