It is due to a combination of several things already mentioned. Part of it is due to the new EPA redulations. Part of it is due to supply and demand. When talking about supply and demand, it is not just here in the states. We are now dealing with a global demand issue. Diesel demand is increasing much faster globally than gasoline is. The reason we are exporting diesel is probably because we can get more money for it overseas, than we can here.
