Dim Lights

The other day, my wife was trying to turn on the hall lights in our motorhome ('21 Thor Omni). For those of you not familiar with the floorpan, this light circuit is best for lighting the kitchen. Anyway, using the main touchpad, she pushed it, but not straight on. The result was a "double tap" that turned the lights on but right back off. She then did the same thing again! At this point, I stepped in and gave it a nice straight push. The result was that the lights came on at about 25% brightness. They (the hall lights only) have remained that way (every time we turn them on) since. Any suggestions?

I would begin searching for a corroded connection somewhere. FWIW over 80% of all 12V issues are the result of a poor.missing ground.

I'm assuming this is a multiplex type membrane switch panel? If so, a lot of the lighting controls have dimming capabilities by pushing and holding the button in. If the switch has little arrows at the top and bottom, then it will dim. Check your owner's manual.
