Disconnected AC wire

Hi all,

Was up on my roof and noticed this wire (photos below) it was just resting between the louvers of the AC cover. I have two Coleman Mach 15k BTU units, one has a heat pump. This wire is only on one of them, which is the one that has heat pump. AC and heat work fine. I don’t see anywhere this wire would connect. Anyone know what this wire is?

Thanks
