Also with Dish for 10 years. Have the older receiver in the RV. Have Dish turn that on in the spring and off for the winter. Have a DVR for the house. Have more channels than I need. Never use customer service if I can avoid it. Tech support will do the turn on/off.
For a time Dish seemed to try the India customer service with not so good results for me.
