DIY Dinette Booth bench seat and table Builds

Recently purchased a used Gulfstream and the original Dinette Booth was removed for a movie style couch. We are planning and restoring it to it's original setup. I have browsed some websites selling complete booth bench seats and they are spendy. I am fairly knowledgeable wood builder, I am considering just building the bench seat boxes and having an apolstry shop build the cushions.

I'm looking for some ideas for my build and what others have done with their builds and pull out storage below.

Depending on your wood working ability, you could just make the boxes and put doors on both ends, either ones you make or premade doors. Add some tracks to the inside and make slide out storage or hinge the top and make them open from the top.

You can buy some high-quality seat foam and make the shapes you want and then have them covered. There is a table arm that bolts to the wall and allows the table to be raised and lowered (someone may know the brand). Even easier, might be a free-standing table.
