We lived in MA for far too many years. When it comes to laws like this they make a mockery out of common sense and logic. All trailers must be registered, plated and INSURED. Now comes tow dollies; if there is a car on it it moves via the registration, license plate and insurance of the car being dollied. However, if you take the car off of the dolly, the dolly then needs to be registered, plated and insured. Ken, '04 DSDP...
