I'm our two gas coaches, we used oven about 6 times over 6 years. In both coaches, you had to get down on your knees to light the pilot light. Current coach has convection/microwave and we regularly use the convection oven.

We spend about 100 nights/year in our RV.
Our oven is fairly small so it rarely gets used.
We use our air fryer all the time and the toaster oven often. Of course we use the built in microwave and stove top a lot also. We are boondocks and I can run the electric appliance off the inverter.

You bet we use it. Just today joyce baked a 13x9 sheet cake for a potluck at a rally. It was so moist and good. There was maybe a inch side to side to spare.
To keep the bottom of things from burning.. We put a Pizza stone on the bottom or flame guard.. just large enough to come up to the the holes on the 4 sides. I also on a cold winter day play with the thermostat. have gotten it within 10 degrees on the last 4 four camper we have have had.

We've used our oven twice in 2 years? It's a PITA with no thermostat.
Thinking of buying one that actually works.

We don't have a convection/microwave at home or in the MH. We use the oven in the MH almost every day. We use a baby Weber to grill and a crock pot on occasion but couldn't go without an oven. We put a lighter in the oven of our last TT but we just light the pilot in the oven and leave it on now.

We don't have an oven. However, we do use the convection oven which is part of the microwave, all the time.

My DW uses our over. She has a little thermometer to be sure temp is correct and has a baking stone on the bottom. She doesnt like the fact some frozen dinners cannot be put in convection due to type of plastic. We may eat a fozen quick frozen entree on the road after driving all day to get somewhere. I like oven brownies! We do cook most of our food and do not eat out much. Full disclosure, older couple. Use crock pot, grill also.

RV oven
I'm single and haven't used an oven in my last 4 apts. 15 years. I bought a toaster oven and I can cook a 5lb. chicken or broil or toast. If I could easily remove the oven and replace it with the toaster oven I would. As most of you know counter space in non existent in RV's.

Isn't your convection a microwave, also? If so, all frozen dinner can be cooked fast in the microwave... faster than the convection.

The oven - regularly used - and has been in almost every RV owned, even the popup. The only exception, the slide in truck camper - and that RV(?) didn't last long, being too small for 6'4" me.

We have used ours but infrequently. We recently discovered the joys of having an air fryer, which means we will use the oven even less. If we were purchasing a new rig, not having an oven would be fine as long as it has a microwave/convection oven.

Our new rig didn't come with an oven, just a convection microwave. When we had ovens over the years we would try it out once in awhile, but it was never a part of our regular cooking.

Convection/Microwave - Just used it for baking Quiche shells and then Quiche. Works good.
