Does this RV exist? 30' - Air bags - 10k tow

We just got back from a 18 week would tour and are going to get on the road for a year or so. We are selling our 2004 CC Magna for something newer.

I have about $100k to drop on something small, cozy and safe. I can spend more, but would rather keep it down.

Here is what I am going after:

- Class A or C
- Diesel preferred but gas is fine
- 30 feet or less
- Airbag suspension (do they exist this small?)
- 10k lbs towing (7500 would work too)

Optional considerations:

-Full wall slide
-5.5k genny or bigger

Does what I am looking for exist in this price range?

A MH built on the Freightliner S2RV chassis (class 7 truck)might be what you seek, what is commonly referred to as a Super C MH. There are a few different brands, Renegade and Dynaquest seem to be the highest quality, however there are several more brands. What I see as a problem with the less expensive brands is, they all seem to use the Cummins ISB engine. Now the Cummins ISB is a good reliable medium-duty diesel engine, however it IMO does not have the necessary torque of the larger heavy-duty engines.

Cummins considers the ISB to be a light duty engine. Seems an ISL is the bottom of the medium duty engines. The ISC has pretty much been replaced by the ISL also.

I think to stay within your parameters, look for some used Seneca Super C's. I think 30' will be nearly impossible to find and very crowded for full timing. The Seneca's come in 35'.

They exist but are rare. Winnebago made a 32 foot Class A diesel in its Journey line for several years in the early 2000's, but the smallest is now a 34. Also check out the Tiffin Allegro Breeze as well. I thnk they have a 31 footer.

A Super-C diesel might fit but most models are 34-36 ft and most have spring suspensions. The Freightliner SRV2 and FRED chassis is spring rather than air suspension.

There are smaller gas Class A's with tow ratings up to around 8000 lbs but they are also spring suspension. The Thor ACE, for example.

Born Free (sadly no longer in business) units on a class V chassis— Ford F 550 or Ram 5500.

With that budget you’ll certainly be in a used MH (which is fine)

What are you planning to tow? If you’re flat towing, I’m sure that’s fine. I tow trailers up to about 7k with my Minnie Winnie, and it struggles a bit with the heavier ones. It just can’t handle much tongue weight without affecting the handling. And mine has a better wheelbase/overall length than that one does by a good margin, I think.

Anyway, I don’t know if you’re planning on a trailer, but I wanted to mention it. I’d look hard at an Isata 5 30FW. But I don’t know if you’ll find it for $100k.

CC made some 32’ models. That’s probably as close as you’re going to get to checking off most of your boxes.

CCC ~1500lbs. This includes passengers.
4K generator.
No full wall slide.
Are you actually towing 7500lbs? That’s the maximum for the Nexus. If it’s a trailer, that’s ~1000lb TW added to the rear axle.
Have you driven something like this? Could be interesting after driving the CC.

Rexhall made a 32-ish foot gasser with full wall slides. I don't know what the tow capacity was.
