Dometic dual Freezer/Frig on the Fritz

We have a Dometic Dual Fridge/Freezer (Beer Fridge) in our basement of our Dutch Star and it has always been flawless. I'm able to set the thermostat where it keeps the beer just above freezing. i.e. No Issues in 3+ years we have had it.

Day before yesterday went out to get a beer and it was a mess, most of the beer was frozen and many had popped their bottle caps. The display on the side said it was 59 degrees in the box.

We shut everything down and cleaned everything up. I shut the unit off for the day. Turned it back on and let it run for a while with the thermostat set at 30. A little later I checked on it and the exterior thermometer showed 90 degrees and a little round freezer thermometer I put in said it was actually 9 degrees inside.

Does anyone have an understanding as to why it's doing this?
Does any one have a course recommendation?

Thank You

Model?

Is this a 12VDC Compressor Model?

Sounds like temp sensor has failed and fridge is continuously cooling

Raining right now

It is both 12v and 110

DS is a 2013 we bought 3.5 years ago with it in it, no idea if it is original.

I would look up parts diagram for thermo probe and where it plugs into the board. Norcold and Dometic have used thermistors in the past on LP fridges. These "type" are inexpensive and don't need special wire that's often stiffer than copper like a thermocouple use . I believe 10K are most popular. There are resistance charts. You could put a meter to unplugged probe if I'm right.
