Wink Dometic toilet model 8600

Does anyone know what I can get by with as far as MIL toilet paper I can by with using and not damage the system. Dont have manual with me now but says something like only use fast dissipating or dissolving paper.
The grinder system sounds like it is pretty heavy duty. Just wondered if anyone has been without regret using a better grade of tp

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

We've been using the Charmin Ultra Soft for years without any problems. We do use Happy Camper tank treatment, which pretty much dissolves everything, and I use the tank flusher after dumping to thoroughly clean the tank!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

For those who don't know, the OP is talking about a toilet with a built in macerator. The macerator is really tough, but I would still do the toilet paper test by seeing if it dissolves readily in water.

If it states 'Septci Safe' then you can use it with your macerating toilet

Nothing special required.

Just remember NOTHING BUT TP........no wipes/sanitary products/TOYS etc.

Here is the Manual....pg 6 for the Do's & DON'Ts

We have a Vacuflush, but really like the Thetford 2-ply RV paper from Walmart and others.
