Not doing your research before buying a large ticket item like a motor home is not an excuse to blame the manuf, dealer or anyone else. If you don't know anything about your RV look online before you buy. Get educated. There are a multitude of knowledgable people willing to help. (This forum is an excellent example ) then, when you do buy, read the manuals. If you didn't get the manuals when you bought it then shame on you. if the dealer or previous owner couldn't get them for you pre-purchase what makes you think it will be easy for you to get them ?
Suck it up, be an adult, take responsibility for your actions and move on.

OK. I think the OP gets the idea by now after 43 posts. According to past posts he's owned it for 7 yr. Surely this wasn't the first glitch. Just a bad day?

OP: Hope it's uphill from now on!

Owning any RV, even a simple pickup camper one needs to be handy with tools, a voltmeter, and a check book. Often all three at the same time.

These large RV's are really a marvel of technology and components riding along fault lines that would embarrass even a Native Californian. I am stunned at how well the cabinetry and tile has held up in our 2008 Endeavor. I have run over VW's that were used to fill pot holes in Arkansas or somewhere out there. Hit some folks that must have been from Florida because when I hit them they said something about "A Sunny Beach"...

What's better is when they ask for the vin number to look up the parts and I give them the number for my 1932 Coup!
