Drives & Dives
I truly think we need a FORUM for good FOOD roadside stopovers?
There is nothing like finding a special roadside restaurant with some special new friends, where memories are carved out on the roadside. I'm also thinking about some categories.
What do you think READERS another FORUM for FOOD Stopovers?

What is RV-specific about that? There are forums for "diners, drive-ins and dives" already, so why create another? Here is one such:
https://www.in-depthoutdoors.com/com...ins-and-dives/
POI Factory has a set of GPS coordinates for "Diners Drive-ins and Dives". You have to join to view and download.

I look for places that the Utitility Company guys go too. Good and usually fair priced. That's the places I went to when I worked and when driving someplace.

I use Google maps, search "diner", eat and enjoy. You can also mark places you want to go and places you've been. I use it for all sorts of places that I am interested in.

When traveling with the RV we don't stop for road side eating .....lunch is a brown bagged for travel day
Now after we are set up at destination we go to a local bar and qather 'info'
What to see/do, where to go, where eat and more importantly WHERE NOT to go.
Locals have the inside info....works for us!

We have had some bad food at mom and pop places - I most of the time
prefer to eat at a chain store- its at least the same.

We've heard that a lot of the DDD places were sold after the show highlighted them and the food is different now....
