Dump Stations

Does anyone know of a publication or web site that would show sewerage dump stations outside of regular campsites. ? I am thinking perhaps of State, County, or Rest areas or Truck stops that have such a facility open to the public either pay for use, or complimentary. In my case, I am thinking of along the N.Y. State Truway perhaps.
