DW?

Fixin ti take delivery on new to us 2010 discovery 40x Saturday. This four m helped us a lot on decision. Need to know. What is DW. Darling wife? Different fo all of us? Thanks for all the help and look forward to posting pics in newbie section!

And this is why I usually try to spell things out. Not everyone thinks of the same thing when you see things like that.
Take a simple one like SOS. I won't bother typing out all the things it stands for but this pretty much has it all and that is just for SOS - SOS - What does SOS stand for?

And here is what DW stands for - http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/DW

It's all about what the one that wrote it means by it.

Basically any adjective beginning with a "D" you care or dare to put in front of the word "Wife". I strongly suggest that if your wife reads the forum you limit yourself to "Dear" or "Darling".

Only using DW allows us to think it's one of the two mentioned. You could (and only you will know) mean something else entirely based on the moment.

Great info!! Just wondering what the DW (Dear Wife) is thinking when she writes DH?? A search in the acronyms dictionary shows some rather disparaging meanings for that too.

Good news is you can add definition to the dictionary if you so chose!
